After a skills assessment, each staff person is trained in our core values, expectations and given overall and specialized training (e.g., mixology, how to handle difficult guests, proper serving protocol, etc.)
In addition to post-event evaluations from our clients, Staffing by GEH uses a peer evaluation system. Team members and job captains evaluate each other. Evaluations are used for continuous improvement and for promotion of excellent staff.
